Mission Darts is pleased to announce a multi-year contract extension with England youth international Lauren Stokoe.
The 16-year-old was the first girls’ player to join the Mission Academy in 2021, and a year later reached the semi-finals of the WDF Girls’ World Masters in Assen.
Stokoe had already made history several years earlier when she became the youngest ever senior county player, making her debut for Durham’s ladies B team at the age of just 10.
After taking a break from darts to focus on her exams, the North East teenager is now preparing for her return to the oche with ADC and WDF tournaments on the cards for 2026.

On signing a new deal with Mission, Stokoe said: “I’m happy to re-sign with Mission. The team at Mission have been very supportive, especially Darryl (Fitton), while I’ve taken a break from darts.
“I’m grateful for the support Mission have shown me. I’m looking forward to getting back out playing in some local competitions and some ADC and WDF events next year too.”
Darryl Fitton, Mission’s player development manager, added: “We’re delighted that Lauren has agreed to a new deal with Mission. She was the first girl to sign for Mission and we’ve been by her side supporting her ever since then.
“Lauren’s taken time away from darts to focus on her school work, which is very important, and now she’s ready to pick the darts up again and see how far she can go in the ladies’ game.”
