Mission Darts is excited to announce the signing of three-time JDC title winner Jake Hobbs.
The 14-year-old has made a name for himself in 2024 after winning a trio of events on the JDC Unsigned Weekender series.
The Farnham teenager finished with the highest running average over the two weekends of events played during the summer, averaging 71.69 and winning 28 of his 33 matches.
Hobbs picked up a win on his senior county debut earlier this year whilst representing Berkshire’s men’s B team, and also reached the semi-finals of the men’s singles and pairs at the ADC-ranked Brean Open.
On signing for Mission, he said: “I am happy and excited to take the next step on my darting journey with Mission Darts.
“I feel with the backing I now have I can achieve great things and reach my goals.”
Darryl Fitton, Mission’s player development manager, added: “It’s great to welcome Jake to the team and he joins an exciting group of players in the Mission Academy.
“He only started playing darts two years ago and it’s clear to see he is a very talented young player. I look forward to working with Jake to help him continue to progress even further.”
