Junya Sasaki is a rising star on the Japanese soft tip scene and is quickly becoming one of their top players.

In 2022, Sasaki had an impressive year of results in his native Japan, with the highlight a run to the final in round two of the Japanese Soft Tip Pro Tournament FY2022.

He also made the semi-finals in round four and the last 16 in the final round of the competition, while in 17 soft-tip tournaments he only failed to qualify for the knockout stages once.
