Alfie O'Flynn Rogers is a player to watch out for after making his name on the Essex youth darts scene during 2024.

The Hockley teenager began his darts journey in the early months of 2024, and quickly emerged as one of the top talents at the Essex Arrows Youth Darts Academy, regularly taking part in practice sessions and tournaments at the Mission-affiliated academy.

In 2025, O’Flynn Rogers made his debut on the JDC Foundation Tour, where he reached a pair of quarter-finals along with six runs to the last 16.

At the start of 2026, the Essex arrowsmith secured his first tour card to play on the JDC Advanced Tour, following a successful campaign at JDC Q-School.
