Oscar Saxton showed his immense potential after winning his first JDC tournament in Dublin in the summer of 2025.

The Shrewsbury teenager fought back from 4-2 down to beat John Morris 5-4 in the Event 1 final at the JDC European Open to claim his maiden success on the JDC circuit.

‘Supernova’ also reached the final of the JDC Ireland Open on the same weekend, which earned him a tour card to play on the JDC Advanced Tour in 2026.

Saxton won his first tournament in the ADC Vault a month later, picking up a victory at The Brickyard, in Brotton, at the age of just 15.
