Tweddell Signs For Mission

Mission Darts is pleased to announce the signing of former PDC Challenge Tour finalist Jack Tweddell.

The 29-year-old from Swindon enjoyed a promising youth career, reaching the quarter-finals of the 2014 PDC World Youth Championship, before making the final of the first Challenge Tour event in 2015.

After taking a sabbatical from darts for health reasons, Tweddell made his return to the game in 2023 and has caught the eye with his performances on several circuits around the UK.

He posted a 107 average on his debut in the MODUS Super Series last September, and secured another call up to the Super Series after winning Event 4 of the ADC Championship Tour earlier this month.

“I’m buzzing to join Mission,” Tweddell said. “I’ve only been back playing darts for about 14 months now, but I’m so pleased with the progress I’ve had so far.

“I’m feeling confident about my game and, with the support of Mission behind me, I hope to become more consistent and continue to improve.”

Darryl Fitton, Mission’s player development manager, added: “Jack is a player I had seen play many times a few years ago. It was great to see him back playing again and I’m happy to get the chance to work with him.

“Jack has great support from his family and friends and I’m sure now with Mission’s support we can help take his game to the next level.”
