Mission Darts is excited to announce the signing of talented Dutch youngster Jamai van den Herik.
The 22-year-old from Alblasserdam, in the Netherlands, had a breakthrough year in 2025, winning four titles across the PDC Challenge and Development Tours, which helped him to qualify for the PDC World Darts Championship for the first time.
Van den Herik’s big-stage debut came at Alexandra Palace last December, where he lost out 3-1 to Team Mission’s Madars Razma on the opening night of the tournament.
A landmark 2025 season also saw van den Herik throw a nine-dart leg on the Challenge Tour and reach the quarter-finals of the PDC World Youth Championship, along with a run to the last eight of a Players Championship event as a top-up player last summer.

On signing for Mission, he said: “I’ve heard lots of positive things about Mission from speaking with other players on the PDC tour.
“2025 was my best year so far and to finish the year playing at Ally Pally was an amazing experience. With the help and support of Mission behind me now, my goal is to qualify for the World Championship again this year.”
Darryl Fitton, Mission’s player development manager, added: “I'm happy to finally get Jamai on board. He's a player we have been following closely for a long time and I can see a bright future for him!"
