Mission Darts is pleased to announce the signing of PDC Women’s Series semi-finalist Jade Gofford.
The 29-year-old from Harlow has enjoyed a breakthrough year on the oche, reaching three quarter-finals and a semi-final on the Women’s Series all within the last 12 months.
Gofford’s rise in the female darts ranks sees her currently sit in 12th spot in the race for the Women’s World Matchplay, and in 10th place in this year’s Women’s Series rankings.
Last year, the Essex county player reached the final of the Lorna Croft Memorial Ladies Competition, losing out in a last-leg decider to the newly-crowned WDF women’s world champion Deta Hedman.

On signing for Mission, Gofford said: “I’m very happy to be signing for Team Mission. This is a big deal for me to be joining a brand like Mission and I hope to do well and repay their faith in me.
“There are so many opportunities now for ladies players in darts and I’m excited to be playing in the Women’s Series, the WADC and continuing to represent my county Essex as well.
“My goals for the future are to one day win a Women’s Series and qualify for the Women’s World Matchplay and represent England.”
Darryl Fitton, Mission’s player development manager, added: “I've been very impressed with Jade. She joins us with a growing reputation in the game and is a player that is rated highly by a lot of people I speak to.
"Jade seems to be very focused and set on reaching her targets and our team at Mission will be doing everything we can to help her achieve those goals in the months and years ahead."
