Mission Darts is thrilled to announce the signing of the World Grand Prix champion Mike De Decker on a long-term deal.
‘The Real Deal’ wrote his name into the record books with his run to the title in Leicester last October, dethroning the reigning champion Luke Humphries 6-4 in the final.
The 29-year-old from Mechelen has risen through the professional ranks in the PDC since regaining his tour card at European Q-School in 2020.
The Belgian claimed his maiden title on the ProTour in August last year, winning Players Championship 16 in Milton Keynes, and his first major silverware at the World Grand Prix saw him break into the world’s top 32 two months later.
De Decker started the new season ranked 24th on the PDC Order of Merit, with hopes of making further progress up the rankings in 2025 – along with a debut at the World Cup of Darts for Belgium in the summer.

On signing for Mission, De Decker said: “Mission is a company on the rise. They have good ideas and they're growing.
"It was a combination of things that made up my mind to join Mission. They've made a really good dart for me and they have been really supportive. I think it will be a really good partnership."
Darryl Fitton, Mission’s player development manager, added: “I have followed Mike’s progress since the BDO days and been impressed with his ability and his presence on and off the oche.
“I am so pleased Mike has agreed to join us. This is a great signing for Mission Darts.”
